Mamelodi Sundowns are assessing goalkeeper Gashin Kock as they look to replace the departed Thela Ngobeni.
The Cape Town-born goalkeeper was spotted with Sundowns during their pre-season training held in Nelspruit.
Kock has also been joined by former Orlando Pirates striker Tokelo Rantie, who is also hoping to earn a deal with the Brazilians.
In a brief interview with KickOff.com, Kock expressed his happiness at being part of the Sundowns camp and is hopeful he will sign on the dotted line.
"I was playing for the ABC Motsepe League team [Mamelodi Tigers] last season. I am here to train and hopefully something is going to come out," he said.
"So far it's been an awesome experience and I'm learning a few things under coach Pitso Mosimane and his technical team and fellow colleagues."
Ngobeni's contract expired at the end of last month.
