Chippa United's acquisition of Lehlohonolo Seema as head coach with Morgan Mammila above him as general manager is touted to yield the club's first trophy.
Mammila first joined the club as chief executive officer for the 2018/19 season before he left for troubled Royal Eagles, where he was accused of ruling with an iron fist.
The experienced former Baroka FC administrator has now returned to The Chilli Boys and been tipped to succeed in his new role as the club undergoes a rebuilding phase.
"We are planning to end this thing of fighting relegation every season," Chippa COO Lukhanyo Mzinzi tells KickOff.com.
"Morgan is very good in administration and we believe he will contribute a lot in what we are building as a club."
The club also brought in Seema, who resigned at Bloemfontein Celtic after managing to secure a Nedbank Cup semi-final place despite financial hardship.
Mzinzi feels the former Orlando Pirates defender can help the Port Elizabeth club challenge in cup competitions.
"The coach has proven to be someone who can challenge for trophies, because as I said we are now tired of fighting relegation every season and Coach Seema will change that."
