Bloemfontein Celtic head coach Lehlohonolo Seema says he has decided to stop talking to the media as there are people who write lies about him.

It was recently reported in local media that Seema was only paid R1 000 by Siwelele last month.

Some Absa Premiership and GladAfrica Championship clubs are currently not paying full salaries due to the lockdown and football suspension.

Seema and his technical team are reported to have been paid R1 000 stipends instead of their full salaries.

The Lesotho-born coach says he never spoke to anyone about this.

"I'm banned, I no longer speak to the media," Seema tells KickOff.com.

"Actually I have just banned myself because they write things I didn't say. I'm waiting for his retraction [the journalist who wrote the story] otherwise...

"It's not right what he did. I'm in Lesotho now. They write about a R1 000 and put my name there."

Bloemfontein Celtic CEO Khumbulani Konco also recently dismissed claims of unpaid salaries at the club.
