Nonyane played in the first six games of the season before picking up the injury against Chippa United on October 15, which caused him more trouble than had been anticipated.
Following the muscle tear in his groin area he even went as far as seeking opinion from outside the country after scans couldn’t establish what was really nagging him.
Gordon Masondo, the Arrows CEO, confirms that Nonyane is back at training.
“He is finally fully recovered now and training with the team,” Masondo tells KickOff.com.
“He kicks the ball and does all else that is done by his teammates. He obviously has to work on his fitness as he has been out for so long. The challenge that he faced was that this was a rare injury which was difficult to really detect."
Arrows are playing for a top-eight finish while they are also in the semi-finals of the Nedbank Cup, leaving them with at least four games to play.
