Zambian breaks into Chiefs CBL line-up


One of Kaizer Chiefs’ new signings has broken into the Carling Black Label starting line-up.

Lazarous Kambole, signed from Zambian giants Zesco United, has been a hit with Amakhosi supporters since his move to Amakhosi was confirmed. Now, just a few weeks before the Carling Black Label Cup will be played at FNB Stadium, the lethal forward has broken into the starting line-up.

The Zambian international currently sits at 27 172 votes and, as things stand, will lead the attack with Bernard Parker, who has an incredible 74 494.

In midfield Chiefs have Khama Billiat, Siphelele Ntshangase, George Maluleka and Dumisani Zuma.

At the back Ramahlwe Mphahlele, Daniel Cardoso, Mulomowandau Mathoho and Lorenzo Gordinho look set to start, but young left back Happy Mashiane is closing in on a place in the starting line-up with 9018 votes.

New Chiefs striker Samir Nurkovic is on 7501, while new midfielders James Kotei and Kearyn Baccus are on 2771 and 913 votes respectively.
