Baroka appoint new head coach

Premiership

Baroka FC have appointed a new head coach following the side's loss to Chippa United on Saturday.

Bakgaka extended their winless run to six matches after falling to a 1-0 loss at the hands of Chippa United at the Peter Mokaba Stadium.

That proved to be Matsimela Thoka's final game in charges as he is been demoted to the Diski Challenge team, while Kgoloko Thobejane is now back with the first team.

"Baroka Football Club would like to confirm the following changes to the technical team," the club announced on Twitter.

"Mr. Kgoloko Thobejane is promoted to Senior Team and will be assisted by Vincent Kobola, together with goalkeeper coach Naughty Legau and Albert Mothupa.

"Coach Matsimela Thoka will be in charge of the DDC team together with Thomas Nare, Job Maphutha and Pyhsical Trainer Tshosolosho Manamela."
