Bloemfontein Celtic have been buoyed by the imminent return of a key player ahead of their clash with Mamelodi Sundowns in the MTN8.
CEO Khumbulane Konco has assured the club's fans that defender Wandisile Letlabika is set to return to the field of play very soon after sustaining a knee injury against Orlando Pirates.
Letlabika sustained what looked like a serious injury during the match against Pirates and was forced off in the first half.
The former Mamelodi Sundowns defender missed the Siwelele's 5-0 victory over Golden Arrows last Sunday.
Konco has confirmed that Letlabika has recovered from his injury and has started light training, but it remains to be seen if he will be available to face Sundowns.
"It was not a serious injury, he has started light training," Konco tells KickOff.com.
Phunya Sele Sele travel to Tshwane on Sunday to face Downs in the MTN8 quarterfinals at Lucas Moripe Stadium.
