Kaizer Chiefs have an awkward decision to make to either extend George Maluleka's contract until the end of the season or release him to Mamelodi Sundowns now.
Maluleka's contract with Amakhosi is due to expire on Tuesday, however, FIFA has granted teams worldwide permission to extend players' contracts until their respective seasons are completed.

'Mido' has already signed a pre-contract with Mamelodi Sundowns, which is set to begin on Wednesday.
Amakhosi are expected to reach a decision on whether or not to release Maluleka today, according to a source close to the club.
"The club is still weighing up options whether to keep him or release him tomorrow," the source tells KickOff.com.
"His future with the club is set to be decided today."
Maluleka's situation is a little awkward as Chiefs and Sundowns still have to meet each other on the pitch to decide the fate of the 2019/20 Absa Premiership title.
In a similar situation Stellenbosch FC decided to release striker Iqraam Rayners last week after opting not to extend his contract until the end of season.
Rayners signed a pre-contract with SuperSport United in January, which is set to kick off on Wednesday.
