Kaizer Chiefs have dumped Joburg until next year, with Bidvest Wits joining the league leaders in adopting Moses Mabhida Stadium as a second home for their next league match.
Wits are set to host Mamelodi Sundowns in an Absa Premiership clash at Moses Mabhida on December 17, which will be the second time they use the venue for a home match this season.
The Students already beat Orlando Pirates at the same venue back in September, winning 4-3 after relocating to Durban due to renovations at Bidvest Stadium.
Meanwhile, Amakhosi have already hosted Pirates and Black Leopards in the Telkom Knockout and league at the World Cup venue this season.
According to the fixtures on the PSL website, Chiefs' next home league game will also see them travel to Durban to host Bloemfontein Celtic on December 7.
With Chiefs hosting their TKO semifinal against Maritzburg United at Mbombela Stadium in Nelspruit on November 24, it means they will only return to Gauteng for another home match on January 8 when they host Highlands Park at FNB Stadium.
Furthermore, the Phefeni Glamour Boys will host their league game against Stellenbosch at Moses Mabhida on April 12.
