Chiefs star headlines PSL suspended list

Premiership

Kaizer Chiefs defender Sifiso Hlanti headlines this list of players suspended for this weekend's matches in the DStv Premiership.

Hlanti is one of three players who will play no part in this weekend's action across the league after being dismissed for two bookable offences during Chiefs' goalless draw against Marumo Gallants last time out.

The Bafana Bafana defender's sending off means he will miss Saturday's highly-anticipated encounter against last season's runners-up, AmaZulu, before he heads off to international duty with South Africa next week.

Gallants midfielder Celimpilo Ngema was also sent off during the clash against Amakhosi last weekend when he was shown a straight red card and will be forced to watch from the stands for the next three matches, including Sunday's game against Golden Arrows.

Meanwhile, bottom-of-the-log TS Galaxy will also be without the services of Marks Munyai for their match against division newcomers Sekhukhune United after the 30-year-old received his marching orders in the recent 4-2 defeat to Royal AM.

The full list of suspended players for this weekend's DStv Premiership matches:
