Hunt gives Chiefs, Bucs transfer hope

Bidvest Wits will sell any of their top players if they get the right offer, according to coach Gavin Hunt.

The Students' top players, the likes of Thabo Monare, Thulani Hlatshwayo and Sifiso Hlanti have been reportedly targeted by Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates and teams from abroad.

Hunt says everyone is up for sale if the right offer is on the table.

"As I said it before everybody is for sale, doesn't matter who you are, even myself I'm for sale if the price is right. We don't want to sell any player unless it's the right price," said Hunt.

The Clever Boys coach also confirmed the departure of Darren Keet, who was linked with a move to Naturena and is now set to ply his trade in another country in Europe.

He also commented on his new signings after playing in the Msunduzi Cup in Maritzburg on Saturday.

"I thought Siyanda Zwane, Prince Nxumalo, Sameehg Doutie, Zitha Macheke were all fantastic, we are happy with all of them. I'm always looking at getting the best from my best players," he added.

"Keet is gone, we have another great keeper in Brandon Peterson and Ricardo Goss, we are okay there."
