Nigerian agent Mohammed Lawal has confirmed that striker Godspower Ighodaro is ready to start his new career at Mamelodi Sundowns.
Ighodaro signed for Sundowns last season but could not play for The Brazilians due to a long-term injury he suffered at training.
The 21-year-old striker has since recovered from his long-term injury and is ready to showcase his talent in Sundowns colours once the club decides to register him.
Lawal has confirmed that the Abuja Football Academy product is property of Sundowns after signing for the club last season.
"He is a Sundowns player. He suffered a long-term injury at training and that's why he didn't play last season," Lawal tells KickOff.com.
"He has since fully recovered from his injury and is ready to play for Sundowns. He is a top, top talent and people are still to hear a lot about him."
Ighodaro will be looking forward to emulating the success of his countryman Raphael Chukwu, who endeared himself in the hearts of Brazilians fans with his goalscoring prowess.
