Ex-Sundowns winger moves to Bosnia

KickOff.com can confirm that former Mamelodi Sundowns winger Ejike Uzoenyi has moved to Bosnia and Herzegovina to start a new career.

According to soccer agent Mohammed Lawal, the 27-year-old has signed for Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina club FK Zvijezda 09 on a short-term contract.

"Yes, I can confirm that Ejike Uzoenyi has moved to Bosnia. He signed for Zvijezda on a short-term contract," Lawal tells KickOff.com.

"He is excited about his move and is looking forward to making his name in the Bosnian premier league."

The Nigerian also played for Ajax Cape Town and Bidvest Wits during his time in South Africa.
