Chiefs legend promoted under Kerr

Premiership

Former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder David Mathebula is back in the PSL but this time as assistant coach at Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila.

Mathebula and former Mpumalanga Black Aces striker Mpho Maleka sat on the bench as TTM beat Maritzburg United 1-0 in the DStv Premiership at Harry Gwala Stadium last week Friday.

'DVD' has been coaching club's MDC team but has now replaced Lucky Nelukau, who has been sidelined from the team since Abram Sello took over the ownership from Lawrence Mulaudzi.

According to a source close to the Limpopo side, coach Dylan Kerr is still waiting for a work permit before he can sit on the club's bench.

"Dylan Kerr is much part of the team. He was not on the bench on Friday because he is still waiting for his work permit," the source tells KickOff.com.
