Kannemeyer positive Downs will roll Arrows over

Premiership

Former Mamelodi Sundowns defender David Kannemeyer believes the defending champions will easily brush aside Golden Arrows in their next league encounter.

Abafana Bes'thende have continued last season's impressive form and currently sit in fifth position on the DStv Premiership standings.

The KwaZulu-Natal side now faces their stiffest test when they next square off against an undefeated Sundowns side that is yet to lose a match this season.

Kannemeyer says that Sundowns do not look like they can be beaten anytime soon.

"I don't think even the international break will affect them," Kannemeyer tells Kickoff.com.

"With the squad that they've got, I don't think it will affect them that much, probably it will affect other clubs yes.

"Sundowns are far ahead of all the other clubs in the league and it's a good thing as the other clubs now need to catch up. They must get better players for their squads if they want to challenge Sundowns.

"If not, then Sundowns will be winning the league non-stop. I will go for a 3-0 win to Sundowns over Arrows."

Before this encounter, Sundowns first have a CAF Champions League appointment with Maniema Union of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Then their next DStv Premiership clash takes place on October 20, at Sugar Ray Xulu Stadium.
