Former Orlando Pirates midfielder Lehlogonolo Masalesa has signed a two-year deal with Chippa United.
KickOff.com revealed over the weekend that Masalesa was on the verge of signing with United after leaving Black Leopards at the end of last season.
'Vieira' is now set to start training with the Chilli Boys this week after putting pen to paper with the club today.
Club boss Chippa Mpengesi has confirmed Masalesa's capture in a media statement.
"This is part of the club's plan to bolster our squad for the new season and make sure we assemble a very competitive team and make sure the club does well in the league this coming season," he said.
"Masalesa brings with him a wealth of experience after playing in both CAF [club competitions] and overseas, and we hope his leadership qualities will also help guide the youngsters in the team moving forward."
