Pitso Mosimane has been applauded for showing class in welcoming back Rhulani Mokwena to Mamelodi Sundowns after his coaching odyssey.

The Brazilians confirmed the return of Mokwena on Friday after his contract with Orlando Pirates expired last month.

Mosimane is believed to have played a huge role in making sure Mokwena returned to Chloorkop after unfortunate spells with Pirates and Chippa United.

"I wish him all the best, he did good things there in his first spell," Johnson tells KickOff.com.

"I'm sure it was easy for president Motsepe and coach Pitso Mosimane to allow Rhulani to come back, they know what he can give to them."

Johnson also believes Mosimane showed class by not breaking his relationship with Mokwena after he left to join The Buccaneers in 2017.

"I must applaud Pitso for making sure nothing was broken between him and Mokwena. Allowing him to return shows his class from the man.

"I wish them both success and I believe they can achieve more together."
