Cape Town City reveal new no.10

Premiership

Cape Town City have confirmed star midfielder Mduduzi Mdantsane as their new number 10 ahead of the 2021/22 season.

Mdantsane has emerged as one of the club's leading performers since being lured to the Mother City from Baroka in January last year with several dynamic displays.

His goal-scoring prowess also came to the fore as he was directly involved in 12 goals (9 goals and three assists) in 28 league appearances last season.

The Citizens have now rewarded his impressive form with a new shirt number that carries iconic status.

The 26-year-old wore the number 28 shirt previously and follows Aubrey Ngoma, Chris David, Ayanda Patosi and Bhongolwethu Jayiya to have donned the number at Eric Tinkler's ambitious outfit.
