Premiership

Former Orlando Pirates captain Willem Jackson has backed Coastal United to lift the inaugural DStv Compact Cup.

Coastal United claimed an impressive 3-0 victory over Dinaledi FC on Saturday.

"The coastal teams they are strong, the Gauteng teams I think they've picked not only big-name players but some other youngsters, but all the big names are going to be a problem," Jackson tells KickOff.

"The two coastal teams are not bad and my money will be on one of the coastal teams.

"The inland teams possess big names, I mean Khune is a good goalkeeper, but he hasn't been playing.

"Thembinkosi Lorch, how many games has he played? But he is in the team."
