Truter delighted at Swallows return

Swallows FC coach Brandon Truter is looking forward to his return to the club's bench when his team take on Stellenbosch FC in the DStv Premiership clash at Dobsonville stadium this weekend.

Trutter will sit on the bench for the Dube Birds on Sunday for first time since he returned from special leave last week.

The Soweto based outfit has not won a single match since the absence of their head coach and have conceded seven goals in their last two games.

Trutter has put behind him all the problems that forced him to sit out at Swallows, however, and he remains positive that the team will start collecting points again when they host Stellenbosch.

"I am happy to be back. The boys are happy and the mood is good," he tells

"We are looking  forward to the match and, bearing in mind that we are coming from back to back loses and conceding seven goals, we need to look at that to turn the things around on Sunday.

"Obviously, the mentality and attitude has to change if we hope to start collecting points and climb to the better position on the log."

The Dube Birds have won only one game in the league this season and are currently sitting in 14th position on the log with five points from their opening six games.
