Celtic reward players for loyalty

Bloemfontein Celtic have decided to keep all their players whose contracts came to an end last week, including Lucky Baloyi and Rendani Ndou.

Celtic were set to meet with their other players after extending Justice Chabalala's loan stay for another two months until the end of the current season.

The club's CEO Khumbulani Konco has confirmed that no player will leave before the end of the campaign after meeting with some of them last week.

"We met with players last week and we still have another meeting this week, no one is leaving," Konco tells KickOff.com.

Siwelele were amongst the teams that reported their Covid-19 results after the first run of tests and Konco says the team has resumed training.

"We started training on Friday, we are looking forward to getting back to the field," he adds.

Phunya Sele Sele will have John Maduka in charge of the team assisted by Abram Nteo after Lehlohonolo Seema left for Chippa United.
