Claims this year have suggested Phunya Sele Sele could lose Letlabika at the end of the current campaign when his contract in the Free State is reportedly set to expire.
However, Celtic chief Konco says there is no truth in those claims and that Letlabika still has another 24 months to run on his deal.
"Wandisile Letlabika's contract only ends in 2019,” Konco, whose side were hammered 3-0 by Platinum Stars in their most recent Premiership outing last week, briefly tells KickOff.com.
Celtic’s slump against Dikwena made it three defeats in their last four outings, a run of form which has seen the club drop to 13th in the standings, just four points clear of the relegation zone, albeit with a game in hand over the three teams below them.
Things get no easier for Celtic joint-coaches Lehlohonolo Seema and John Maduka this weekend either, with the team set to travel to the Bidvest Stadium to face title-chasing Bidvest Wits on Friday evening at 20h00.
