Leopards begin mid-season clear-out

KickOff.com has learnt that Black Leopards are set to offload several players during the January transfer window, with the first of these having been revealed.

With coach Luc Eymael seemingly on his way out of the club, former number-one goalkeeper King Ndlovu is set to follow suit.

Last season the Ndlovu played a total of 25 matches in all competitions but has fallen down the pecking order and failed to make a single appearance this campaign.

The 26-year-old, who started playing for the Venda-based side in 2018, has confirmed to this website that he is set to part ways with Lidoda Duvha.

“I am leaving Leopards. Yes, I'll be a free agent now. Coach [Luc Eymael] said he's not going to use me. That's what he said,” Ndlovu tells this website.

Eymael is now set for the exit door, but it remains to be seen whether the club will make a u-turn in the release of the towering shotstopper.
