The MTN8 meeting over a week ago went in favour of Matsatsantsa and Chiefs will have an opportunity to redeem themselves as the two sides meet in the Absa Premiership this week.
"We just minimise the mistakes we make and focus more on ourselves. We should have the upper hand against SuperSport. We are the better team. We just need to take control of the game come Wednesday," Parker is reported as saying on his club's official website.
"This match should be a definite three points for us. Although, of course, we should focus on getting three points for every game we play, no matter how it comes."
Amakhosi head into their midweek clash on the back of a disappointing away draw to Bloemfontein Celtic.
"It was a good match for both sides," Parker said. “We took the initiative after about the first 20 minutes of play when we had figured out the condition of the pitch at the Free State Stadium. We started to gel, especially in attack.
"The energy was right and the team spirit was on point, even though we should have accelerated after having scored the game’s opening goal.
"Celtic tried to come at us in the second half, but we looked solid in defence. It was only that incident [Lorenzo Gordinho's handball to concede a penalty] that got them the equaliser. We just lack at present that little bit... I am not sure how to explain that, but we will get there."
