Baroka FC have won the race to sign Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila midfielder Wonderboy Makhubu, who had also been linked with Maritzburg United and Cape Town City.

In May this website reported that the midfielder was being monitored by the two PSL teams, while it is also believed that NFD champions Swallows FC were recenty interested in landing his signature.

However, KickOff.com has gathered that Makhubu will play his last match for TTM against already-safe Black Leopards in the final game of the promotion playoffs on Monday before completing his move to Bakgaga.

"Wonderboy will remain in Limpopo, he has signed a two-year deal with Baroka FC," a close source confirms.

His agent Pontsho Madumo did not want to talk to about the player as he is still preparing for Monday's game, which is only routine.

"I can't talk about his future right now, the player is still focusing on tomorrow's game, please call after the match," Madumo responds.
