Baroka FC have completed the signing of South Africa under-23 midfielder Kgodiso Monama from University of Pretoria.
Thsi website reported in June that AmaTuks were working on exercising an option in his contract as he was wanted by Ajax Cape Town as well as the new Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila owners.
However, Bakgaga have moved quickly to snap up the 23-year-old midfielder, who has signed a three-year contract with the PSL side.
Monama joins Chelsyn Jampies, Wonderboy Makhubu, Augustine Mahlokono, Oscarine Masuluke, Themba Chauke and Lungelo Nguse as new signings in Ga-Mphahlele.
"Yes, Monama just completed his move to Baroka FC, it's a three-year deal," an insider confirms to KickOff.com.
The Limpopo-based side have already released six players including Matome Kgoetyane, Ayanda Dlamini, Mandisi Gadla, Khulekani Madondo, Ethen Sampson and Ivan Mahangwahaya as they look to rebuild their squad.
