The Limpopo-side have been amongst the busiest this window with Gift Motupa, Lewis Macha, David Mathebula and Lucky Nguzana now on their roster.
Madubanya's goal against Ajax Cape Town on the final day of the season ensured they finished 15th and qualified for the promotion play-offs where he featured in two of their four games as Bakgaga saved their status.
The 33-year-old, who won the league twice with SuperSport United, feels Baroka have made some shrewd signings that will make huge difference this coming season.
"I think those players are fantastic signings and these players have that experience and are still hungry, and I see that at training," he said.
"We need players of that caliber to push other players against teams that do well in the PSL to be competitive in all department when it comes to position, so I think guys like these will help the team immensely for this season.
"We also want to show South Africa what we want to do and try and compete. I feel it's an exciting time and we have been missing this season already for the while now.
"this past season's experience we learnt to always treat every game with the utmost respect and to give 100% each game, not just look at which team we're playing against.
"We also know that every team in the PSL is a big team, so we've learnt a lot."
