The duo had been placed on transfer after showing discontent by failing to report for duty in pre-season as per their contractual obligations.
At the time it was speculated that there was interest in their services from clubs in Gauteng but none of the clubs that they were linked with have raised their hands.
The two had been back at the club but training with the MultiChoice Diski Challenge team before they were then shown the door.
Baroka officials have confirmed that Ndlovu and Ngwenya have since left after coming to an agreement with the club over the termination of their contracts.
Also no longer with the club is Lucky Mothwa.
Mothwa featured as a substitute in the season opening match against Ajax Cape Town but was shown the door by Bakgaga and is now back home contemplating his next move.
