Pelembe and Kgaswane both signed for Bakgaga during the January transfer window but have yet to feature in a competitive match for the club due to work permits.
However, the issue has since been resolved with Baroka CEO Morgan Mammila confirming their availability for Sunday's Polokwane derby.
"Yes we got them [work permits] early yesterday so both players will be available for selection this week, that's if the coach selects them," Mammila confirms to KickOff.com.
Pelembe, who previously turned out for Orlando Pirates and Bloemfontein Celtic, will come as a much needed addition to Kgoloko Thobejane's side, who have managed just 13 goals in 19 league games so far.
Meanwhile, Mammila argues that the root of their problems is not in their attack but rather in their defence as he rues the absence of right-back Mathari Mothupa due to injury.
"The problem is not upfront; the problem is at the back. I mean, [conceding] eight goals in two matches?" he exclaims.
"The injury to Mathari Mothupa is costing us a lot. It will take whole three weeks before he returns.
"He got injured when we played against Chippa [United] this year, which forced us to always try different combinations at the back."
Baroka are rooted to the bottom of the log standings with 13 points from their 19 games, and are five points away from escaping the relegation zone.
