Ajax boss Efstathiou would not disclose the names of Dolly's suitors.
However, KickOff.com has established that Kaizer Chiefs, Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates will domestically trade financial blows for the 21-year-old, while Bidvest Wits and SuperSport United have also made enquiries.
Dutch parent club, Ajax Amsterdam, are understood to be one of the teams from abroad.
“We have a long list of clubs that have approached us for his services but our priority is to keep him, which is why we are trying as much as we can to hold onto him,” Efstathiou tells this website.
When pressed for details, Efstathiou would not divulge any names.
“It is a long list of local and overseas clubs that have approached. That is all I can say for now,” he says.
Sundowns and Pirates are exploring several options in their attempts to prise away the exciting midfielder, including a cash-plus-player arrangement.
