Ea Lla Koto looked lively in the early stages, with Edward Manqele looking to get behind the Dikwena backline on many occasions.
However, the game's first chance arrived after 22 minutes as Robert Ng'ambi's header sailed wide of Badra Ali Sangare's upright.
Dikwena were then handed a penalty after 33 minutes. Bonginkosi Ntuli stepped up and converted the penalty to secure his second goal in as many games.
Ea Lla Koto did manage to level matters just before the halftime break when Manqele headed home from six-yards out.
The visitors opted for a change at the start of the second half as Thobani Kunene replaced Katlego Otladisa.
The change nearly paid off for Roger de Sa as Kunene saw his close-range header palmed away by Sangare in the 54th minute.
Dikwena enjoyed more of the ball as the second half continued, which prompted Luc Eymael to introduce defender Rooi Mahamutsa for Manqele with 15 minutes remaining.
However, neither side could carve out another chance in the final stages of the contest, as they were forced to settle for a share of the spoils.
