Al Ahly boss Pitso Mosimane has asked his club to take legal action against an Egyptian football agent who has falsely claimed to represent him.
Earlier this week, in an interview with local media, prominent Egyptian agent Hazem El Hadidy claimed to represent Mosimane in a number of spheres while also discussing the possibility of his contract extension at Al Ahly.
Mosimane has since denied having any affiliation with the El Hadidy and has requested the club to institute legal action against him to prevent him from speaking on his behalf in the future.

"Hazem El Hadidy is not my agent. He does not represent me. Anything that he says about me is irrelevant," the 57-year-old said in a statement on Tuesday evening.
"I requested the club's board to take legal action to stop him. I have met him once during a TV show and he introduced himself to me as the episode producer. I don’t know why he claims to be my representative.
"I have a fantastic relationship with the board. We have reached an agreement and announced it to the media. There is nothing new to discuss. Our relation will continue with all respect, cooperation and full trust.
"I have the full support of the board and we have one goal. I focus only on my team and I will do my best to win titles for the club and make our fans happy."
