This was Sibis’s fourth goal in two League games.
The home side were the better side throughout scoring in both halves.
Arrows did have a few decent scoring opportunities but keeper Kennedy Mweene made some good saves to keep a clean sheet.
The opening goal came in the 36th minute when Sibisi scored with a hard shot from inside the box.
In the 84th minute Billy Ratsoana fouled Sibisi in the area and a penalty was awarded.
Sibisi scored with the penalty kick to give his side the three points.
