Musona, who scored the winning goal at Peter Mokaba Stadium against Santos to take Amakhosi to the Telkom Knockout Cup Final, is quickly developing into the hottest property in South African football.
Thindwa, who also made a name for himself as a striker at Chiefs, is not short of words of praise you the young Zimbabwean international, who is nicknamed ‘Gautrain’.
“The boy is enjoying what he is doing and doesn’t need any motivation to score those goals. He knows how to score goals and scoring is in his blood.
“He is good at positioning himself and always avails himself to goal scoring opportunities, hence he is scoring those goals. There is nothing you can take away from him because what he does is God-given talent’’, the former Swaziland international tells KickOff.com.
However, despite his good performance in Amakhosi colours,Thindwa warns Musona of temptations outside football.
“I don’t know him personally but if he has good attitude towards life then he can go far. We had players like Jabu Mahlangu who had great talent but destroyed themselves, it will depend how he looks after himself.
“I don’t see a reason why he can’t achieve more success if he is disciplined.”
