Third club in a year for PSL midfielder

News has been informed that Sibusiso Hlubi has arrived at a new club following his departure from Maritzburg United on the transfer deadline.

Hlubi parted ways with Maritzburg on Tuesday after spending a solitary season with 19 appearances across various midfield positions.

Information reaching this website is that Hlubi arrived at Sekhukhune United on Thursday for an assessment with the hope of clinching a permanent deal.

The 25-year-old has previously been with Polokwane City and Free State Stars.

In joining Maritzburg in October last year, Hlubi had parted ways with Polokwane City where he also spent a season.

The PSL new boys have been on a signing spree following their promotion to the top-flight and so far brought in names such as Willard Katsande following his release by Kaizer Chiefs alongside Justice Chabalala from Orlando Pirates.

Sekhukhune have also added, Seu Ledwaba, Tumelo Matona (both Jomo Cosmos), Kamohelo Sithole (TS Sporting), Tshediso Patjie (Baroka FC), Thabo Rakhale (Marumo Gallants), Vusi Mncube (JDR Stars), Blessing Sarupinda (CAPS United), Talent Chawapiwa (AmaZulu), Nicholus Lukhubeni (Mamelodi Sundowns), Ryan de Jongh (Bloemfontein Celtic), Edwin Gyimah (Black Leopards), Charlton Mashumba (Polokwane City) and Pogiso Mahlangu (Pretoria Callies).
