Kings' Thobani Kunene, Lindokuhle Mbatha, Sicelo Mkhize and Luvuyo Phewa have also attracted interest from "big teams", according to club coach and manager Simo Dladla.
Dladla is concerned the interest is unsettling his relegation-threatened side.
"I'm really worried about the state of mind of some of our players," Dladla told KickOff.com.
"Sphamandla Majola and Siphiwe Mbatha have attracted the interest of Highlands Park and we are talking to them."
He added: "We have big teams, which I can't mention their names, from Gauteng and one from Free State which have approached us for Thobani Kunene, Lindokuhle Mbatha, Sicelo Mkhize and Luvuyo Phewa."
Dladla also confirmed that Kings have released goalkeeper Mlungisi Mazibuko and midfielders Ayanda Ngcongo, Mndeni Zikalala, Bafana Dlamini and Thabo Sefoli.
"We have released some players. We believe they were no longer giving us what we need. We are aiming to get out of the relegation zone. Firstly, we have to deal with the mindset of our players."
Kings will resume their National First Division campaign against fellow strugglers University of Pretoria at Tuks Stadium at 15h30 on Saturday.
