The French club had wanted to hold back Jordan Ayew and Andre Ayew for up to until January 14 but the GFA have turned down that request. Instead the brothers will be allowed to play for Marseille on January 8 when the side are due to arrive in Rustenburg for their pre-Nations Cup camping two days later. It was the compromise deal that GFA president Kwesi Nyantekyie reached with Marseille. He told KickOffGhana.com the body is keen to have their players for camping as quickly as possible. "What we have done is the best possible deal because if you make a special dispensation for one player then you will have to do it for everyone," he says. The body has also turned down similar requests from Udinese and Stade Rennes over the release of Emmanuel Agyemang Badu, Kwadwo Asamoah and John Boye. Asamoah will play in a League game for Udinese on January 7 and report two days later as will Boye.
