Alfred Maimane Phiri, known for his popular ekasi tournament MAP Games, selects a strong Dream Team with three current PSL stars from Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns.

Phiri is considered one of the country's finest exports having spent six seasons in Turkey playing for the likes of Genclerbirligi, Vanspor and Samsunspor.

The 45-year-old from Alexandra born will always be remembered for being one of the first players ever to represent South Africa at a FIFA World Cup at France '98.

The former midfielder's professional career started at Jomo Cosmos in 1995 but such was his quality that he spent only one season with Ezenkosi before he was signed by Genclerbirligi.

Other South African clubs he played for are SuperSport United, Ajax Cape Town and Moroka Swallows.
