Marumo Gallants face a race against time in their bid to find a replacement head coach for the recently departed Sebastien Migne following a chaotic start to the new season.
According to the club, Migne was shown the door for abusive language towards technical director Harris Choeu in a matter that was resolved through a disciplinary hearing.

Migne’s sacking comes just over a fortnight after Jean-Francois Losciuto resigned suddenly citing a myriad of internal problems faced during his short time with the Limpopo-based club.
Losciuto is also owed money which includes an outstanding salary and funds out of his own pocket for squad Covid-19 tests in Cameroon while travelling for a CAF Confederation Cup fixture.

What has now complicated Marumo's situation is that with both Migne and Losciuto gone they now run the risk of going into their CAF Confederation Cup second round first-leg tie against AS Vita Club on Friday without a head coach.
All three coaches left at the club Harris Choeu, Mpho Maleka and David Mathebula don't hold the minimal CAF requirements.
Since the beginning of last season, CAF has demanded that all clubs ensure that their head coach comply with the appropriate coaching licence.
All coaches taking charge of CAF club games must now have the CAF A coaching licence.
Alternatively, coaches with a valid Pro licence from a sister confederation are also eligible to sit on the bench.
These CAF requirements are aimed at improving the game on the continent with the club licensing system to also formulate new requirements for assistant coaches, goalkeeper trainers, physical trainers and all members in the technical team.
Last season John Maduka was forced out of leading Bloemfontein Celtic as he didn’t meet the minimal CAF requirements.
The list of coaches that have previously worked in the PSL who are available and meet the requirements to also coach CAF club matches include Zeca Marques, Luc Eymael, Serame Letsoaka and Giovanni Solinas.
Marumo are winless in the league from the five games that they have played and sit second from bottom.
