Macha fires Cardoso, Tower warning

Macha netted in a 2-1 win over Chiefs at FNB Stadium in the reverse fixture in September, having joined Bakgaga at the beginning of the season after failing to nail down a regular place in Steve Komphela's side.

The Zambian is relishing taking on his ex-employers at Limpopo's Peter Mokaba Stadium (15h30).

"Scoring against's the best feeling ever," Macha tells

"My job is to score. It feels nice you know, scoring against your former team is something else. I will just thank the Lord you know if he gives me another goal, but I'm sure I'm going to score again. You know I've played with these guys for like one year, so I know them a bit. I will just give them my respect but I can't be scared of them. It's them who needs to be scared of me because the last time I played against them, Cardoso and Mathoho, I scored. So this time they must be scared of me. If they sleep again I'm going to score."

Macha left Amakhosi without scoring a goal in an official game in 2016/17. However, he insists he is not out to prove a point against the Soweto giants.

"It will be the second time. Chiefs is just like these other teams, I'm not trying to prove a point. Yes, I used to play for Chiefs but now it's gone, so I need to focus on my team Baroka. I can't just be thinking about Chiefs all the time because in football anything happens, so it's gone. When I was playing for Chiefs I had like a lot of injuries."

The 25-year-old adds that Baroka do not feel under pressure to protect their unbeaten record against Amakhosi.

"We will just play our game, just like we do against the other teams. It will be a good game. I'm sure on Sunday the best team will get a victory. I can't really say much about the game but for us it's just to work hard and play our normal game. I don't think we are under pressure to keep our good record against them.
