Former Golden Arrows midfielder Musa Bilankulu is excited about the prospect of playing football again after being out of action for almost five months.
Bilankulu has signed a six-month contract with new GladAfrica Championship side Bizana Pondo Chiefs with an option to extend his stay to a year depending on performance.
The former Bidvest Wits star could make his debut for Chiefs when they take on Uthongathi FC at King Goodwill Zwelithini Stadium in Durban on Saturday.
The 35-year-old has revealed his ambitions after joining the Eastern Cape side.
"I am relieved that finally I managed to get a home," Bilankulu tells KickOff.com.
"I want to gain game-time and return to the PSL and help the team sustain their status in the GladAfrica Championship, and also guide the youngsters in a good direction.
"The chairman has asked me to come and help lead the team and guide the young team to accumulate as many points as possible before the second round so that we can sustain the status and give freedom to the young players to play without pressure."
Pondo Chiefs are in 14th place in the NFD with four points from four league matches after one win, one draw, and two defeats.
