Lukhubeni dumps Steenberg for Kings

Mike Lukhubeni has resigned at Steenberg United with the view to taking over the coaching reins at NFD rivals Real Kings.

This comes soon after Kings parted ways with coach Joel Masutha today.

According to a source close to Steenberg, Lukhubeni handed in his resignation letter to the club on Wednesday to effect the move.

"Mike Lukhubeni has resigned from Steenberg," the source confirms to KickOff.com.

"He is on his way to Real Kings."

Steenberg are in fourth place on the GladAfrica Championship log, just six points behind NFD leaders Ajax Cape Town. Kings are four points further back in eighth place.
