Floyd Mogale has left Mamelodi Sundowns to join Royal AM as their new head coach.

Royal AM parted ways with coach Michael Lukhubeni after the team was beaten 4-0 by Sekhukhune United on Saturday.

It was the team formerly known as Real Kings' first GladAfrica Championship game of the season at Makhulong Stadium in Tembisa.

Mogale has been working at Sundowns as a scout but according to a source close to Royal AM, Mogale will be introduced to the players on Tuesday morning.

"Royal AM has brought in Floyd Mogale, who has been working at Sundowns. He is expected to be introduced to the players tomorrow," the source confirms to KickOff.com.

Mogale worked as an assistant coach at Free State Stars and Chippa United before he was recruited by Sundowns as a scout.
