'Mbesuma' set to rejoin Chiefs

GladAfrica Championship

Bizana Pondo Chiefs have reached an agreement with Baroka FC to take back striker Lungelo 'Mbesuma' Nguso on loan.

Nguso signed for Bakgaga last season from Chiefs but struggled to quickly adapt to the PSL level.

The Eastern Cape club has now recalled the youngster to help them in their aspirations of doing well in their debut GladAfrica Championship season.

Chiefs boss Nkosinathi Mqokiyane has confirmed the club's intention to bring Nguso back from Baroka.

"We are trying to finalise his deal to bring him back to the team on loan this season," Mqokiyane tells KickOff.com.

"We are trying to finalise a few deals before the transfer window period expires today."

Bizani Pondo Chiefs, who take on University of Pretoria in their first game in the first division on December 5, are currently in camp in Durban preparing for the new season.
