Eymael says he has turned down numerous offers in his second season in the PSL, including from Morocco's Wydad Casablanca and Tunisia's CS Sfaxien.
The Belgian penned a two-year contract with Stars in August, having been sidelined for a chunk of last term after he unsuccessfully tried to leave Polokwane City for Bloemfontein Celtic.
"I am happy here [at Free State Stars]," says Eymael, who is rumoured to also be on Kaizer Chiefs' radar. "I have a contract of two years. I have a buyout clause.
"I have refused this season offers from Wydad Casablanca, Sfaxien. I have refused to go to the Emirates. I have refused to go to Qatar. I have refused to go to Kuwait.
"These people with me are correct. People who understand, people who listen. I talk about the committee, the people who are supporting."
In 2016/17 Eymael resigned from City before swiftly surfacing at Celtic. However, the PSL ordered him to return to Rise and Shine after the club launched an appeal.
He adds: "I have never had a problem with the players at Polokwane City. For the rest we will see what will happen, only God knows what will happen. I am here today but I don't know what will happen tomorrow."
