Wydad AC president Saïd Naciri has increased their individual player bonuses to advance to the CAF Champions League final ahead of their clash against Kaizer Chiefs on Saturday.
The Botola Pro League leaders arrived in South Africa on Wednesday evening with a refreshed first-team after they were all rested as their second-string squad beat reigning CAF Confederation Cup champions RS Berkane 2-0 this week.
Head coach Fouazi Benzarti made the decision after their surprise 1-0 defeat at the hands of Kaizer Chiefs in Casablanca, which has given the Moroccan giants an uphill task to advance to the final due to the away goal.

However, president Naciri has now taken the decision to further incentivise the squad if they are unable to overturn the tie as they look towards their third Champions League crown.
According to Moroccan publication, MaghribFoot, the originally agreed bonus of 60,000 dirhams has been raised to 80,000 dirhams which roughly converts to about R127,000 for each player.
Chiefs host Wydad for the captivating second leg semi-final outing that will be played out at FNB Stadium on Saturday afternoon (18h00).
