Sundowns senior official Yugesh Singh has confirmed The Brazilians have arrived safely in Lubumbashi and are ready to start their preparations for the big match.

"Everything is fine. The team has arrived safely and is ready for the match on Saturday," Singh tells

Meanwhile, Sundowns co-coach Manqoba Mngqithi is confident that goalkeeper Denis Onyango will recover in time for the encounter after he was taken off injured at half-time in their previous match against CR Belouizdad in Tanzania on Sunday.

"We don't think it's a serious injury. They stepped on him and it's not like he twisted his ankle or something," said Mngqithi.

"We are hopeful [he will be fit] because we will have a little [more] days before our next match. He will be able to help us. We don't think it's a serious injury."
