Kaizer Chiefs will be buoyed by the return of a key player ahead of their trip to Dar es Salaam for the all-important CAF Champions League quarterfinal second leg.
Chiefs are set to travel to Tanzania this week with a 4-0 aggregate lead over Simba to try and wrap up their qualification to the Champions League semifinals.
While Bruce Bvuma managed a clean sheet on his CAF debut on Saturday, Amakhosi will be at full strength in the goalkeeping department this weekend as Itumeleng Khune returns from suspension.
The 33-year-old holds massive international experience and could be crucial in the Soweto giants' cause to avoid a slip-up of catastrophic proportions in Dar es Salaam this coming Saturday.
This has been a key area of the club's success in the campaign thus far, with Khune and Nigerian international Daniel Akpeyi having each kept four clean sheets so far.
However, Gavin Hunt has also confirmed bad news for winger Dumisani Zuma, who was forced off through injury in the early stages of their victory at FNB Stadium over the weekend, while Khama Billiat is also unlikely to return.
"Zuma's knee is quite bad, it looks like [he'll be out]," said Hunt in an early update after the match.
"We're running out of players again, another one injured. Khama Billiat is a big blow to us as well, he hasn't played [much] this season and he's our main attacking threat – that's a huge blow."
