Kaizer Chiefs are set to turn their attention to the continent when they begin their CAF Champions League campaign this weekend.
Chiefs, who qualified for the premier continental competition after finishing second in the Absa Premiership last season, have been drawn against Cameroonian champions PWD Bamenda.
The first leg scheduled for this Sunday will see Amakhosi make the 5 600km journey North to Douala, departing OR Tambo International Airport on Thursday evening.
The team will then take a 77km bus trip to the coastal town of Limbe, where they will come up against the Bamenda-based outfit at Omnisport Stadium on Sunday (16h00 – SA time).
"Amakhosi will have a training session in Limbe on Friday afternoon on one of the grounds surrounding the stadium," said Chiefs in a statement.
"The team will then train on the main pitch on Saturday afternoon, as they look to get a feel of match-like conditions in the picturesque town which sits on the foothills of the famed Mount Cameroon.
"Chiefs will leave Limbe on Monday afternoon for Douala Airport and should be home on Tuesday morning."
The Glamour Boys will host the return leg at FNB Stadium next Friday (18h00 kick-off).
