Goals from top scorer Mohamed Sherif, Mohamed Magdy Afsha and Amr El Soleya got the job done on the night and handed the Red Devils their 10th crown, five more than the nearest competitor.
Mosimane has now become the first African manager to win three Champions League titles, having won two with Al Ahly and one with Mamelodi Sundowns.
The Red Devils will also get another crack at the FIFA Club World Cup this year after finishing third at the previous tournament.
Mosimane's charges will now switch focus back to the Egyptian Premier League as they take on National Bank on Thursday evening.
